We have collated a list of the FAQ from our customers concerning our website and product.

1. Question: I have a 3 year old German Shepard bitch who has been diagnosed with Hip Dysplasia, my vet informs me it is common in the breed. Is there anything I can do to help with this problem?

Answer: Research from America suggests adding Vitamin C to a dogs diet can help prevent and even reverse joint problems. The preferred form of Vitamin C is Ester C. Ester C is non acidic, so it is gentle on the stomach and less likely to cause diarrhoea. Ester C contains threonate, a metabolite that aids ascorbate (vitamin C) to be more rapidly and efficiently absorbed in the gastro intestinal tract and to cross cell membranes more efficiently than ascorbic acid. Ester C is also excreted more slowly than ordinary vitamin C. Glucosamine sulphate can help with joint integrity by supporting tendons and ligaments as well as helping rebuild and maintain cartilage. Our Ease can also be useful in helping with the pain, it contains a combination of herbs shown to support inflamed joints.

7. Question: I have been told that something called Fragaria can help to get rid of plaque from my dogs teeth. Have you heard of it? If so do have any information on it and its uses?

Answer: Yes we have heard of it and we can supply it through your local stockist. Fragaria is in Homeopathic dilution. It is traditionally used to prevent attacks of gout, urticaria, to prevent calculi formation. But one of its main uses is to remove and prevent tartar formation on teeth. We have many breeders and people who show who use fragaria regularly to great effect. It even works on the kids.

8. Question: I use your Calm on my two dogs regularly. I find it especially useful if we are having guests as it works so fast, a few drops and in a little while peace reigns. However last knight we had a terrific thunderstorm and although I gave drops to my two boys the cat would not touch it! With Guy Fawkes night just around the corner can you suggest a way of giving it to my cat or could you suggest an alternative which she will take?

Answer: I am glad to hear that the Calm works so well for you, we receive lots of praise for all our products, but Calm due to its fast action receives by far the greatest amount of praise. As you are well aware cats can be fussy, so sometimes it can be a battle to give them any-thing they don't want to take. You can try using a syringe to administer, or mix it into some olive oil and smear the mix onto the cats paws, she will lick it off. Alternatively we do a homeopathic combination of Aconite, Ignatia, Arsen alb and Kali phos, for stress, fear and anxiety, give this with homeopathic Borax for sudden shock and loud noises. These homeopathic’s come in the form of minute pillules about the size of a pin head, these may be easier to administer.

9. Question: Do you sell Tea Tree oil for animals?
