Agnus castus (Vitex agnus castus):By exerting a balancing effect upon the pituitary gland, in particularly the anterior pituitary, Vitex aids in hormone balance. Vitex has been shown to be useful in treating the symptoms of both menopause and premenstrual syndrome.

Pulsatilla (Anemone pulsatilla): Traditionally used for any complaint of the reproductive area. Pulsatilla has a calming, balancing effect.

Dandelion (Taraxicum officinalis):A noted liver herb, useful in supporting the function of the liver. Most PMS symptoms arise from an excess of oestrogen in the body. By aiding the liver in its role of detoxifier, Dandelion plays an essential role in the breakdown and elimination of excess hormones.
