Payment and Delivery:
Phytopet accepts payment via credit/debit card, PayPal. Phytopet takes payment up front, however if Phytopet is unable to deliver the order Phytopet will provide a refund via the same mechanism payment was made.
Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours when placed on a working day, but Phytopet aims to dispatch all orders within 5 days from the first working day after the order has been placed. Phytopet will communicate any delays to the customer.
Your order is an offer to buy from us. Nothing that Phytopet does or says will amount to any acceptance of that offer until Phytopet actually despatches an item to you, at which point a contract will be made between us. At any point up until then Phytopet may decline to supply an item to you. For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom.
