We'll do our upmost to ensure all orders orders received before 1.00pm Monday to Friday get dispatched same day. Orders relieved after 1.00pm will be sent by the next working day.
Orders placed over the weekend or Bank Holiday periods will be dispatched the following working day.
UK Postage & Packing
Standard Delivery is FREE for all orders over £25.00, after any promotions or discounts have been applied. Standard delivery is available right across the UK and we are proud to be one of the few companies not to charge extra for Non UK Mainland addresses.
For all orders below £25.00, Standard Delivery is £4.74 per order.
All orders are sent via the Royal Mail, however, we may use a variety of couriers, the most suitable of which is chosen on your behalf based on your location and the service you have selected. Terms and conditions can be found by clicking in the links below.
Standard Delivery is sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48®.
Unfortunately we do not currently ship outside of the UK. We’re sorry for any inconvenience and hope to have international shipping available in the future.
Refunds & Replacements
We have a change of heart from time to time, and realise you may have too!
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased for a full refund within 7 days of receipt of goods.
To cancel any orders placed just drop us a line, you can email or write to us within seven working days of delivery of your order, making sure you pop a note of the order number. We must ask that you must have not used your items and must return them unopened and in the original packaging. A refund of the cost of the goods, will be sent to you within 30 days. Charges for carriage will unfortunately not be included in any refunds received.
We all have that oops! moment, so whosever it may be, please check that you have ordered correctly and received the right products as soon as they arrive.
As our products are safely sealed, we regret that we cannot offer an exchange once the tamper evident container has been opened.
If for any reason you have ordered the incorrect goods by mistake, we will be happy to send the correct replacement providing the original items are returned in a re-saleable condition and unopened within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately, the cost of return postage will be incurred.
When you're happy, so are we. Thats why it is important to us that you are satisfied with the products and service you receive. If for any reason you need to return goods to us more than 7 days after original receipt, please get in touch and we will normally arrange a credit note for the same value of original goods providing that they are unopened, and have more than 6 months shelf life of their expiry or use by date.
Loss or Damage
Occasionally goods may be lost or damaged in the post. When this happens we're happy to send a replacement. For any goods that arrive damaged, please let us know as soon as you can, within 48 hours if possible. However, for lost orders, Royal Mail do not accept that a delivery is lost until 10 working days following the expected delivery date. We can only send any replacements after this period has passed. Royal Mail publish their own guidance on this. If your item does get lost or arrives damaged, please let us know within 14 days of the order being placed so we can arrange for a replacement to be sent.
