At Phytopet, we want you to feel confident buying our natural pet supplements and pet health products. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to put it right quickly and fairly.
Returns – Pet Supplements & Pet Health Products
You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be sealed, unused, and in the same condition you received them.
- Packaging must be intact.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number is fine).
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened supplements, liquids, powders, tinctures, or any pet health product unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
Non-returnable items include:
- Opened pet supplements or health products
- Gift cards
- Digital or downloadable content
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may ask for:
- A photo of the issue
- A photo of the packaging
- Your order number
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Refunds
When we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 working days for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t arrived:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your card provider
- Contact your bank (refund processing varies)

Sale Items
Sale or promotional items may be refunded at the price paid. Some discounted products may be non-returnable unless damaged or faulty.
Exchanges
We can replace items only if they are:
- Faulty
- Damaged
- Incorrect

Gifts
If a product was marked as a gift at checkout and sent directly to you, you may receive store credit once your return is processed. If the gift giver received the order, the refund will go back to them.
